By using Checqo you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are signing up for a company, you are saying you have permission to do that on their behalf.

What Checqo is

Checqo helps authorized business users monitor vendor security risk and related signals. We keep improving the product, so features can change. We do not promise to catch every risk, breach, or vulnerability out there.

Accounts

You need a company email and accurate account details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your work email safe, since that is how one time sign in codes arrive. Do not share access or try to open another organization’s data without permission.

Fair use

Do not use Checqo to probe or attack systems you are not allowed to touch. Do not spam, harass, break the law, reverse engineer the product, dodge security controls, or upload content that is unlawful or harmful.

Your content

You keep ownership of the vendor lists and settings you put into Checqo. You give us permission to host and process that material so we can run the product for you. Make sure you have the right to add what you add.

Our intellectual property

The software, branding, and documentation belong to Checqo or our licensors. Using the product does not transfer those rights to you.

Confidentiality

If either of us shares confidential information, the other should protect it and only use it for Checqo related purposes, unless the law says otherwise.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Security intelligence is never complete, so treat what you see in Checqo as decision support, not a guarantee.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Checqo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data that come from using the service.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is at risk, or for non payment when that applies. You can stop using Checqo whenever you want. Terms that should naturally survive still apply after access ends.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Keeping using Checqo after that means you accept the updated terms.
