Who we are

Checqo is a vendor security risk platform for companies. We help teams watch vendor posture, breach exposure, and attack surface changes. For privacy questions write to [email protected]. For everything else, [email protected] works fine.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, work email, and the company details you share during onboarding. Sign in works with a one time code sent to that email. Inside the product we also store the vendors you add, team roles, alert decisions, and notification settings. Like most web apps, we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs so we can run and protect the service. If you email us, we keep that conversation too.

How we use it

We use this information to run Checqo for you: signing people in, managing workspaces, monitoring, alerts, reports, and the emails that come with invites or security notices. We also use it to stop abuse and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information, and we do not feed your customer content into public foundation models for unrelated third parties.

Who else sees it

We share data with the infrastructure and email providers that host and deliver the product, and with security intelligence sources we process on our servers. We may also share information with advisors or authorities when the law requires it. Inside your company, admins and teammates see what their roles allow.

We use essential cookies for login and security. The Cookie Policy has the short version.

How long we keep it

We keep account and organization data while your workspace is active, and for a sensible period afterward for backups, security, and legal needs.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and other practical safeguards. No system is perfect, so please protect the work inbox that receives your sign in codes.

Where data lives

Checqo may be hosted and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our processors operate.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data. Reach us at [email protected].

Children

Checqo is built for business users. It is not aimed at children under 16.
